How to Remove Yourself as an Emergency Contact

Click here for an interactive tutorial on how to remove yourself from someone's emergency list.


To remove yourself from a list of the contacts that you have approved in the past:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Then tap Contact Lists
  3. Then tap Approved Contacts
  4. Locate contact and tap the delete icon on the right side
  5. Confirm the delete and that's it. You are no longer that person's emergency contact.
