Please check your junk/spam folder and if you are using Gmail, check your Social or Updates folder.

Also, make sure that you entered the correct email address when you registered.

To confirm your email address:

1. Launch the app
2. Log in, as you normally do
3. From the home screen, tap Settings on the bottom right corner
4. Tap User Profile. There you will see the email address that you registered with.
5. If the email is incorrect, tap the Edit icon on the top right corner.
6. Enter the correct email address
7. Tap Submit
