You cannot sent another request to this user - error message

Check your Contact Requests to make sure that there is no request from the user waiting for approval.

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap Contacts
3. Tap +Request on the top right corner of the screen
4. Tap Sent to see all the contact requests that you have sent. If the contact's name/email is listed, then tell them to accept your request by going to:

• Settings>Contacts>+Requests on their device. There they will find your name/email address. 
• Slide your name to the left 
• Tap the Green Thumbs Up to accept your request.
