Rachel was driving home when she got pulled over by the Police for speeding.

She immediately tapped the whistle on NauNauSOS App to send an SOS to her emergency contacts. In the SOS message is a video of police car siren and her precise location.

Shortly after receiving the SOS alert, her sister calls her. Since she is not able to pick up the phone, her son picked up the phone and explained what was happening.

By now, the police had asked Rachel to step out of the car.

In a few minutes, her sister and husband arrived at the scene using her location coordinates.

They were able to translate Rachel's sign language to the police.

Rachel was issued a ticket, and her husband drove them home safely.

Deaf and hard of hearing individuals are very vulnerable during emergency situations.
