How the Follow Me feature works

Mama Dee lives with her husband of 41 years, Charles, in an Elderly Nursing home. She enjoys her evening walks around the nursing home. Because she has early signs of Alzheimer's, their grandchildren downloaded NauNau SOS App on both their phones and add their parents as their emergency contacts along with their doctor and the head of security of the Nursing home where they live.
Every day, one of their morning routines is to activate the Follow Me feature on NauNauSOS.
One day Mama Dee went for one of her walks and didn't come home. Charles called her phone over and over and couldn't reach her. He got worried and immediately called their daughter. She came over right away and they started searching for her, on her usual trail. During the search, their granddaughter called and she was able to remind her mum to check her Follow Me on her phone. There they were able to see where Mama Dee had wandered off to. Using the pin, they were able to locate her and bring her home, unharmed. Thank God.
Apparently, during her walk, she couldn't remember how to get home.
Some people are not as lucky as Mama Dee and her family.
